This Weeks Routes

Monday 8th March (Week 6)

Beginners -we are up to 8 min continuous jogging this week. But please just do what your are comfortable with!!! We want you all to keep coming and enjoy Peterhead Jogscotland!


WEEK 6 March 8th

Monday


Beginners

Elaine W, Margaret, Jason, Jillian, Stuart  R, Fraser, Stuart M, Stephen B, Nicola, Carron,

5 min brisk walk- 8 mins continuous jogging 1min walk – 1 min jog  rest of the way (3K )

Catto Drive- Station Rd- West Road – Windmill Road- Catto Drive- Back to track.

Intermediate

Stephanie, Hazel, Stewart C, Fred, Roselyn, Jennifer, Jacqueline, Marshall

5 min brisk walk- Continuous jogging -4.0km

Crossfolds Cres-West rd- Grange Gardens- Cairntrodle- Forman Drive- South rd- King Street- Ugie St-Hay Crescent- Hope Street- George garden ave- Balmoor terr- down past stadium.

Advanced

Katrina, Diane, Colin, Stewart S, Cameron, Elaine L, Stephen C, Marilyn

5 min brisk walk- Continuous jogging-7.5km

Balmoor Terr- Blackhouse terr- Ugie Road- Ugie Street- Port Hendry road- Around the harbour- Kirk Street- South Rd- Forman dr- Cairntrodle- Meethill rd- Windmill rd- Catto drive back to track.
